Shipping policy

We strictly comply to safety measure during pandemic. Social distancing is always performed by our delivery riders at all times. Our delivery riders are always in their protective gear when delivering to our customers. It is preferred that customers pay using Gcash or bank transfers to avoid contact with our riders. It is also preferred that the rider will leave the goods at their doorstep. If this is not possible, the delivery rider will maintain physical distancing at all times. 

For deliveries made outside (Grab, Lalamove, Foodpanda, Mr Speedy etc), the delivery service safety protocol will apply. 

Smart Basket offers next day delivery. Cut off for ordering is at 4pm, unless otherwise stated. For rush order, we are also available via Grabmart and Foodpanda.
